I am from Powder Springs, GA. I also call Athens, GA my home—at least I have done so since I started attending the University of Georgia! I graduated from UGA in 2018 with my Bachelor’s in Pre-med Psychology with an emphasis in neuroscience. Currently, I am pursing a Master’s degree in Epidemiology at the same university. Safe Kids Georgia appeals to me because of the role they play in prevention. As an aspiring physician—an aspiring surgeon, more specifically—this is something I hold dear to my heart. I look forward to all the adventures and lessons within the field of public health Safe Kids will bring!
