Sharing is caring!
As an educator, we can image that your plate is filled with getting to know your new students and implementing new academic resources for your students. This year, more school have a chance to infuse teen driving safety education through a peer-to-peer model. Teens in the Driver Seat® is a peer-to-peer safety program for America’s youth.
Educator’s across the state enjoy the Teens in the Driver Seat® extended opportunities that are included to enrich students in:
Leadership – Georgia currently has 12 students on the Teen Advisory Board who are committed to fighting the number-one killer of teenagers in America.
Parent Engagement – Ride with Me is a teen-to-parent initiative to help reduce crashes.
Individual Recognition – This peer-to-peer program offers acknowledgement to a Teen of the Month.
School Incentive – Hard working teams have the chance to win funds for their school.
